Need experts answer please & how to drive with out much strain to self & my car?

I want to travel all southern temple with my family in my TATA INDIGO CS LS, model 2008 only 2 service completed. I am also using system D fuel additive to get maximum mileage from of my car. The total kms to cover 6 different location of temple would be approx 4500 kms. Will it harm my car & total engine? Need experts answer please & how to drive with out strain? what check points to be done before i start my journey?
