Plastic labels and West Virginia shaped Icons on water and soda. What are they. How do you interpret?

I do not know what the west Virginia shape means but I have seen it on lots of things.but the numbers indicate recycling.different numbers just mean that there is more or thicker plastic in it and u can check your local recycling places to see what numbers they can or can't take/recycle.hope this helped at least a little :)
