Will walking this many Kms help reduce thighs & butt in 3 months?

You cannot spot reduce in your body. If you lose weight off your top half first then that's were you lose it first nothing will change that. Walking will give you more muscle in your legs, not loads now. In short, it will help but you'll still be the same shape you are now just smaller/slimmer.
