Which car will be much better for a long trip of about 1000 kms?

I have Zen Estilo (K-series engine) model 2010 and Wagon R (Non K-series engine) model 2009 ........ pls suggest which car should i opt for a long trip from Jaipur to Haridwar Masoori etc.. for four passengers.... with minimum luggage ..........
