Hi, So i was on fast today and lost 2.5 kgs. Feeling great but target is another 10-12 kgs as i weigh 97 kgs. Notes: For last 10 days i am jogging 6.5 kms in an hour with little tennis and workouts and have lost a kg. Also keeping a check on diet and definately improved from before. Planning to continue the routine and keep 1 day a week for fast. Question is this weight loss temprory and are their chances that tomorrow i ll be back to original weight?
