Do creationists deny continental drift?

I believe in both, as many people do. It makes perfect sense that all the continents were once a single continent, Pangaea, and that they drifted apart and, in some cases, back together again. It explains creation as seen in Genesis and takes care of other issues some non-believers have, such as animals from multiple continents getting to the ark.
