Can you help me out of this problem?

you should weigh between 49-52 kg that is at least 110 pounds according to your height. and exercise is not a bad thing for your weight. make a routine. eat potatoes at least 6 in a day, eat 3 apples in a day. and meat of any kind once in two days. thats all. and eat good and fresh.
