What's in it for me? That's what every single employer is thinking about. This goes against what we've been taught in school but it is not always about your accomplishments in what you've done (which is impressive actually). When your contacting a company for job yes your age is a little bit of a factor they like 18 and older . but I think if you talk more about how you can help them "get more, or make more, or do more. Show them the benefits they can get if they hire you. You do have marketable skills. Think about it from their perspective of yourself in their shoes they wanna hire somebody that is gonna help them do something or make more money. You to show them how you can do that, and I bet you'll land a job. I'm a marketing consultant these are methods I use on web sites I see no reason for it to work in selling yourself for a job

Will walking this many Kms help reduce thighs & butt in 3 months?

You cannot spot reduce in your body. If you lose weight off your top half first then that's were you lose it first nothing will change that. Walking will give you more muscle in your legs, not loads now. In short, it will help but you'll still be the same shape you are now just smaller/slimmer.

I have a kitten who's around 11 weeks old. He's adorable and I love him, but he bites me all the time. My mom says he loves me, and I believe it because he's going through a biting stage. I get his attention with his toys when he bites me, but he takes interest in them for 1 minute, then he starts biting me again. If you are feeling this way already and feel like the jump on your bones piece of the relationhsip is already not like it was, how do you think having sex is going to save it. I'm wondering why the guy that I live with wants to visit me at work and call me all the time during the day... I think that its a little co-dependant, but maybe that is just his way of showing that he's thinking of me. I dont know... I would prefer that he did his own thing during the day and we can have our time when we get home...

Period two days late?

My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex 5 times this months.. on the 4th, the 8th, the 11th, the 15th, and the 18th. We are always very careful, however, and he makes sure we stop when it first starts to feel good for him so there is no chance of him ejaculating inside of me. We also almost never do it more than once a day so there is no real chance of pre-*** containing sperm from previous bouts. My period was due on the 19th/20th and my cycles varies between 24 and 28 days.. but it has never gone over that. I usually have tender breasts a couple days to a week before my period, I get gassy and have diarrhea a couple days before, and usually have some sort of tinted discharge the day before I start. This time however, my breasts were tender 3 days before my anticipated start date and I didn't start to feel gassy until today. What worries me is that there has been no tinted discharge like there usually is. I plan to take a test soon but I was wondering, am I just being paranoid?

I've been speaking to this guy for 4months online , we ended up talking randomly in this university forum. We both happened to apply for the same one. We've been speaking everyday for the past few months. We tell each other everything and have spoken about so much movies , fears, goals, family , what we want to do after university , travelling and football what he likes. We have so much in common we used to send at least 7/8 messages to each other a day. He's said to me that he doesn't have much in common with his friends and weird that we have so much in common and get on so well. Does he still like me? even though our chats aren't as long or frequent but still tells me everything going on in his life. Is it just that we were at the getting to know each other stage and now we're past that and he doesn't need to talk to me as much? We always joke with each other about how we know each other so well. He remembers things I've told him , and brings it up sometimes. He always asks my day is and likes to know , what I've been doing. An he seems interest and joke sometimes. He seems like a caring guy. Would my acceptance be withdrawn?

I was accepted to the University of Toronto for Economics at relatively early stages of the application process. The condition of my acceptance was that I "maintain acceptable final average", or "acceptable final marks in prerequisite subjects". Nowhere do they say what is considered "acceptable". The only problem is that my calculus mark, which is a prerequisite dropped to a 63. is this an unacceptable mark? my final average is still around what it was when i was first accepted. What do you think?
